Scapula stabelizing brace

Post by JaneK »

Hi everyone. I have had scapula winging for over three years now. Gone through everything that everyone else seems to be going through. Right now I am trying to find a brace or support to stabelize my scapula. Have any of you tried bracing. Or could someone suggest a brace or manufacture of a scapula stabelizing type brace.

Thanks to all.

have you every tried taping, some say it works, others say they never saw a change, we are in the process of trying it out, just new to the taping so cant say if we have noticed a difference yet.

I have had a winging scapula for over 7 years now, and have had several custom braces made, all with some success. I am starting a new exercise program with a new brace that makes a lot of sense. If anybody wants the info, feel free to contact me.
