search engines

After reading some posts on the general message board, I thought I would check some results from a few search engines, on erb's palsy, and brachial plexus.
I was surprised to find that no results, or very few came up with UBPN.

Most was attorney sites, but NBPEPA site came up on almost all, and usually listed in the first few.

Is it just the search engines that I'm trying? Does UBPN need to plug the search engines for trafic? Is there a way I can help?
