Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: Daughter Kailyn ROBPI, June 14, 1997.
Surgery with Dr Waters (BCH), April 1999 and in February 2012
2 more daughters, Julia (1999), Sarah(2002) born Cesarean.

Proclamations and pics for next Outreach

Hi guys! For those who had proclamations for your state, and/or had pictures taken with your governor, we want to feature some of them in Outreach. So if you have access to a scanner to scan the document as a PDF (kinkos and other copy places could do it for a nominal fee), or have good digital pictures that feature you or you and your child with your governor, send them to Outreach@ubpn.org! Deadline is by end of November!!
