Hi everyone!

Im back. i havent been on here for AGES!! i guess iv just lost touch with my bpi side! lol. anyways just to drop by and say hello agen and hope you and your families are doin great!! Since iv been away iv started joggin and really goin for it, its really cool cos its somethin i didnt really think i cud do very well but im doin great and currently training for my 1st 10K that il b doin durin the summer! so im pretty chuffed with myself!
