Jerry
I can certainly relate to the shoulder/arm pain, but have personally never experienced muscle tremors or dizziness (aside from med related side effects).
Who has diagnosed the brachial plexopathy? How did they come to this diagnosis (testing)?
You should see a specialist in this area or at the very least a neurologist who can do the necessary nerve testing.
Has this come on gradually or suddenly due to an injury or surgery?

Hopefully others will respond soon who might be of more help to you.
I wish you well.

Have cervical disk problems been ruled out? The dizziness concerns me.

Since feb. 2004 have done serious hard labor jobs.in 4 months have built a large arial deck alone. demolished a barn..alone. dug out a rather large fish pond surronded by huge boulders..alone.piped a water system at work. 800 feet of 2 inch plastic pipe had to be cut with hand saw before new system was installed.I put the system in....alone. since feb.had one tetnus shot after stepping on horseshoe nail which went right through my right foot.Had one mri-scan which required a die needle in my shoulder right to the bone for 20 minutes.Pain from this was outragous. They thought the pain was from a torn rotor-cuff.It wasnt.Im seeing a nurologist at the moment.trying to kick the heavy pain pills for something called gabapentin.Off hand I should be dead by now.Any suggestions....jerry

It may seem bizarre, but when reading about all of the heavy labour you have done, the one thing that stuck out most in my mind was the mention of the "tetanus shot"...seems to be a very common denominator in brachial neuritis...although the doctors won't admit this.
Perhaps you should talk to Beth and read her posts and others.
