How are you feeling today?

Post by Jennifer P » Fri Apr 04, 2014 4:12 pm

Me, my arm/overall body alignment is feeling alright. I got home from a flight a few days ago and that always takes its toll on me. Why does it feel like everyone that passes down the aisle seems to bump into my arm on their way by? Needless to say, I am looking forward to my next massage in a week and a half :geek:

Hi. Today, I feel achy. The weather in Maine is just beginning to warm up. However, I took to the mountains and snapped some awesome pictures. So, I am happy, but, sore.

Hi Jen:

Possible solution for people hitting your BPI arm. Try getting a seat with your non-BPI arm towards the aisle.

Happy Flying.

Today. I feel like a MACK truck hit me. Sore, achy, tired, and in pain. However, this is not a day of staying in bed, but, to grab life by the horns, and make today my day! This positive attitude comes from years of therapy, groups, meditation, medication, and just plain old...Not Giving Up!
