Gotta be careful about the rotator cuff on the injured side while doing presses... that's always been an issue with me.

I play Judo and blacksmith a little on t he side... I make hand-forged knives.

I'm a certified PADI basic open water diver. Or at least I was until I lost interest. Does that ever expire? Anyway, it was never really even a challenge unless I lost my rebreather on the right side.
