I live in the tampa area. im an adult with bpi but I have a 4yr old daughter he could play with while we chat.

we just did a presentation for his med school and not a single person has ever heard of bpi, he did such a great job on it they want us to come back and teach other classes =]] hopefully this time I wont get scared and actually go in depth with it

so i got a health kick n decided to go work out yesterday....turned on the rocky theme song,did the treadmill,little weights n the bike thing...bad idea...i guess the weights really messed me up...i can barely move now n i was wondering if anyone has expierenced this pain n what can be done to help ...

ive tryed it n i get a weird sensation throughout my arm for a couple days...its like its stuck in the stretching feeling with pins n needles then the second day it feels like bugs...idk im weird lol
