Follow up with ortho and pcp

Saw Krot the ortho on Wed. Basically just looking at the frozen shoulder which he said is permanent. *roll eyes*. I go back in 6 weeks while continuing PT.
Then saw my pcp today who I trust a lot more. He said my muscles in my shoulder are a lot looser now but I got chided because I wasn't taking my flexeril all the time. He told me to take it until he said not to. He also said that withthe way my body is progressing that he thinks it's not going to be surprising or too far away till I'm on it permanently. Just what I wanted, another pill. I go back in 3 weeks for another recheck. So progress since the accident but long range looks not so great.
