contralateral C7 and Ulnar graft

Can someone post photos or describe the good arm scar resulting from harvesting the ulnar nerve?
What about the scar to access the c7?
Any other thoughts on this operation are appreciated.
I've had 3 or 4 nerve graft surgeries so I know I can handle it.
