Excercise, spirituality, physical safety and hope. Everything else should fall into place just throw your mind in there every now and then. Sorry if anyone has seen my email address its old and I can't seem to change my profile its very old and im computer illiterate somewhat I don't know how to change it. I am a student seeking guidance and I feel its time to learn.... is this ok?
