I take 800mg 4 times a day, but I am also on 40mg of oxycontin twice a day, aswell as 150mg amytriptoline once a day and mexitil 3 times a day and hepron shots twice a day (but they are not for my TBPI)
With all of this the pain can still put me on the ground I have just found out all 5 of mine are severed not necessarily avulsed but yes gabapentin is the one I wouldn't go without at this stage but I also take usually my allowed 4 oral doses of morphine a day, most people I think are on it but it depends on who and for how long they have had a TBPI I hope to one day have no prescribed drugs except maybe the oral morphine for emergencies.
