Mainly identical to the last question. Early exploration (within 3 months post trauma).

Counsel mostly, few surgical indications (release of shoulder contractures).
State you/your clinic philosophy regarding evaluation, referral and treatment of traumatic brachial plexus injuries in adults.

They come late (usually more than 1 year post trauma). I do assessment and surgical exploration if functional improvement is expected.
State your philosophy regarding pain management and brachial plexus injuries.

Referral to neurosurgeons/pain clinic.
Indicate research efforts (include dates please) conducted by you specific to brachial plexus injuries.

Neuropathology movement analysis.
Indicate any other facts that you feel would help families and individuals understand your practice/clinic.

The unit works within a public hospital, where patients with legal insurance systems are fully covered.
