Methodology

Some citations were suggested from the brachial plexus injury specialists participating in the medical resource directory questionnaire. These citations focused on treatment issues. This bibliography also covers causation, prevention and legal issues. Additional citations were located by utilizing database searches of the major indices of medical literature, including MEDLINE and CINAHL Searches were conducted using standard thesauri terms as well as keyword boolean searching.
