Nerve reconstruction will be performed at 3 months for total type paralysis and at 5 months for upper type paralysis, if the recovery is poor. State your philosophy regarding evaluation, referral and treatment of trauma or other brachial plexus injuries in children. Secondary reconstructive surgery and specialized rehabilitation are available after evaluation. State your philosophy regarding evaluation, referral and treatment of obstetrical brachial plexus injuries in adults. OBP patients of all ages are welcome. State your philosophy regarding evaluation, referral and treatment of trauma or other brachial plexus injuries in adults. Patients over 16 years old cannot be treated because the medical center is for child health. State your philosophy regarding pain management and brachial plexus injuries. Post-operative management only. Indicate research efforts (include dates please) conducted by you specific to brachial plexus injuries. Expression of neuropeptides in injured brachial plexus. Indicate any other facts that you feel would help families and individuals understand your practice. Understanding Japanese language is almost essential, althogh we understand English. Official interpreters are not available. Do you accept any national/governmental payment for services or are you enrolled in any state medicaid plans? Please provide information on these plans and include which states you are enrolled in for medicaid services. Japanese patients are all covered by national govermental payment. Patients from overseas should be considered individually. |
