Brachial plexus exploration in case of total palsy of the deltoid or biceps brachii muscle, 3 to 6 months of age. Nerve transfer or nerve grafts are selected in the level and extent of the brachial plexus injuries. State your philosophy regarding evaluation, referral and treatment of trauma or other brachial plexus injuries in children. Conservative treatment following regular visits is done in case of the incomplete palsy of the limb. Two or three months after injuries, plexus exploration is a treatment of choice to repair damaged plexus. State your philosophy regarding evaluation, referral and treatment of obstetrical brachial plexus injuries in adults. In case of remarkable doformities of the palsy limb, osteotomy or tendon transfer is indicated in the shoulder, elbow and/or hand. State your philosophy regarding evaluation, referral and treatment of trauma or other brachial plexus injuries in adults. Brachial plexus exploration and/or repairs are done including nerve transfer and/or nerve grafts in case of brachial plexus complete palsy 2 or 3 months after injuries. Spinal cord stimulation via epidural electrode is indicated for those patients who have very severe pain problems with root avulsion. Indicate research efforts (include dates please) conducted by you specific to brachial plexus injuries. Brachial plexus injuries are evaluated by epidural electrode to examine evoked spinal cord potentials during operation.
