Since we opened in 1987, when we started with a staff of three, we have grown to a staff of over 30, including nurses, radiology technologists, and physical, occupational and massage therapists. We have also developed a coordinated network of reflexology, acupuncture, biofeedback, Tai Chi and nutrition experts.

I am experienced in the use of relaxation techniques, self-hypnosis and pain awareness for the treatment of upper extremity nerve injury, as well as the use of massage, reflexology, tai chi and standard therapies My osteopathic training incorporates muscle energy and relaxation techniques as well as direct hands-on and verbal techniques to induce muscular relaxation and decreased spasticity with alleviation of pain and musculoskeletal dysfunction.
