State your philosophy regarding pain management and brachial plexus injuries.

Management of pain is essential to management of plexus injuries in children and adults. Surgical reconstruction often alleviates neurogenic pain to a great extent. Judicious use of the DREZ procedure can control pain in carefully selected patients..
