Dear Everyone,
My husband and I are starting a support group for the southwest Missouri area for brachial plexus injury families. We are trying to make a positive out of a negative and if parents would get involved, we could move mountains!!! We are still working through our grief for our sweet angel girl, Logan, but we want desperately to stop the tears and focus on doing whatever we can to bring more attention to this. I don't want Logan to suffer low self esteem by thinking that something is wrong with her so we are trying to be hopeful and optimistic. We need to hear voices trying desperately to do the same thing; we can't go into the vent room anymore, it saddens us too much.
Please let anyone and everyone know that we are trying to form a support group and promote education re: Erb's Palsy. Looking forward to meeting optimistic parents or giving support to those parents needing to be where we are (believe me, we still deal with anger and emotional pain everyday). Good Luck to all your children and may their lives be POSITIVE AND WONDERFUL!!!
Sincerely,
Mark and Natalie Miller
