| This story is New Story submitted by angela hansen on November 25, 1999 at 14:16:44: angela hansen is 25, from San Diego CA. Family:5 people /3 children Hello Everyone, I need help an information. My daughter is 19 mths old and we are no further along in finding a cause of her problems then when she was a month old! When she was born she weighed 5 lbs 7 oz and was a full term baby. She had a hard time keeping her body heat and lost alot of weight. After we were released from the hospital she started having seizures but no Dr. can tell us why or what kind. On top of that she is currently at devo stage of 9-10mths. She can not walk due to hypotonia/ she has very little muscle in her legs. She is trying to learn to crawl I hoping she will in the near furture. We go to pt and ot and toddler classes with arc. All this on top of all the Dr appts. Im feeling a little overwhelmed and so are my other children. All we know is her EEG, Bears, Cat Scan, have all been normal. They have ran a bunch of tests for metabolic problems and we have some still pending. Her MRI did show delayed mylination? So I am concerned that we may never know why this has happened. Please help if youve gone through this or have any suggestion please let me know. Do not have my own emial address. please send to my home address 301a cherry rd oceanside ca 92054/hansen. will try to get an email address soon. | ||
