I was 12 3 1/4 oz when I was born in 1966.I sure hope that there may be some sort of surgery that can offer a little bit more use.It's kind of hard to tell I have Erb's because my father never let me"not"use my arm. he also never let me use it as an excuse,and that is probably the graetest gift he ever has given me.I am and will always be happy with the use I have.But if I could have 50% more use out of it I would never want anything ever again.I hope that there are more people out there that can reply,because I would hate to think we are all just talking to a moniter.
