My daughter was born on her due date though I had asked my doctor to induce weeks before since this was my fourth baby and I knew she was too big. I had a fairly short labor, but very intense. When she crownes he(the doctor)decided she was too big. It was too late then so I had to push She was stuck for a while and when he was pulling on her head to get her out he gave her a brachial plexus injury,(erbs palsey). She is in physical therapy now and has been since 4weeks, but she still has a problem with her hand turning upside down. I wish the doctor would have listened and taken her c-section. She will be in therapy for a long time, and may require surgery, we are going to have tests on her in April. I would like to hear from anyone going through this too it is so un fortunate that these doctors are doing this to our children. Thanks for listening. Jennifer.
