it's usually pretty nice in Sept.
You can watch the weather on yahoo for specific cities.
You can keep a watch on it and check the extended forcast before you leave. I'm guessing you won't need your woolies!

My daughter (9 years old, ROBPI) is always complaining that her legs hurt. I think it's growing pains???
I don't know what to tell you about the back; maybe you should have the pediatrician check it out?
New bed/matress?

Every child's injury is different, so every post-surgical recovery will be unique. Best to get answers directly from the source with the "hands on" info!
