United Brachial Plexus Network

I saw a posting I thought I bookmarked, but I can't find it now. Someone responded to a post I think it was somewhere between September and Mid-November 2003, that contained information about how the school was supposed to provide a phone number to contact a group not associated with the school, and that the person they worked with was very thorough and helpful with the IEP and ARD process. The search function isn't working, I've been trying to browse through & still haven't located it, and I would really appreciate being able to find the information. Thanks for any help.

Jan - how about emailing ryan@ubpn.org - maybe there is some way he can search the database that we can't ? doesn't hurt to ask right?
