Is Anyone from Florida
My name in Kim this is my second posting on this amazing site. I just wanted to know if there was any one out there that lives in Florida. It would just be nice to know if there is someone locally...

- Injury Description, Date, extent, surgical intervention etc: I am ROBPI, global injury, Horner's Syndrome. No surgery but PT started at 2 weeks old under the direction of New York Hospital. I wore a brace 24/7 for the first 11 months of my life. I've never let my injury be used as an excuse not to do something. I've approach all things, in life, as a challenge. I approach anything new wondering if I can do it. I tried so many things I might never have tried, if I were not obpi. Being OBPI has made me strong, creative, more determined and persistent. I believe that being obpi has given me a very strong sense of humor and compassion for others.

We live in Florida, just south of Daytona Beach, in a town called Port Orange. Our son Matthew, is 1.9 years old, with severe ROBPI, with several avulsions.
He has had surgery twice already, and we're preparing for another in August sometime at TCH. Please let us know if you have any questions.

I'm in Florida. Tallahassee right now, soon to be moving down south. Anywhere from West Palm Beach to Miami.... not sure yet. My internship is in West Palm, but apartments are so expensive up there!
