wii outdoor adventure is also a great workout!! kids love it!! you have to kayak, jump rope, jump over barrells!! Makes me work harder than the Wii Fit! I actually sold our Wii Fit to a friend because we didn't play it as much as the outdoor adventure.

If you want a generalized workout, then I'd recommend the Wii Active. Not necessarily for bpi, but rather for in general working out. There's a 30-day challenge that does different routines for 30 days with Bob Greene. Also included is a nutrition log and extra activity log. I use it a few times per week and burn about 200 calories in 20 minutes.
