zoo

Post by admin »

Just wondering if there is a backup plan in case it rains on zoo day? If it does rain, there are lots of places to take cover and umbrellas are wonderful.
Looking forward to seeing everyone rain or shine!

I think there is a covered area. Nancy and John went and checked everything out at the zoo, so they can better say. It's been about 15 years since I was at that zoo.

Looking at the weather report, however, it seems we're in for some pretty warm and sunny days. It didn't go passed next Fri., but the tepms were in mid to upper 80's for day and upper 60's at night.

We have the pavilion reserved beside the "Mane" Restaurant, which is covered. The Restaurant is also indoors.

As part of the package we have for the campers, each person will receive a voucher for lunch that they can use at either the "Mane Restaurant" or the "Panda Pavilion".
